Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of tylertxtree.com. The site is operated by The Gadget Aid, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using the site, you accept these terms.

What this site is

Tyler TX Tree is a referral website, not a tree service company. We pass homeowners' requests in the Tyler area to one independent local tree service company. We don't perform, inspect or supervise any tree work, and we don't employ the people who do it.

You never pay us. Companies we refer you to may pay us for referrals.

Your agreement is with the company

Any price, quote, schedule, payment or contract for tree work is between you and the company. That company alone is responsible for its work, its prices, its compliance with the law and any promises it makes. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of its work, and we aren't responsible for what it does or fails to do.

Before you hire any tree service, get a written price and written terms, ask for proof of insurance, and confirm anything else that matters to you.

Information on this site

The guides and price ranges on this site are general information. Prices are national ranges from published sources, not quotes. We cite our sources, but information can go out of date or may not fit your situation. Nothing here is legal, insurance, permit or professional advice. Ask the City of Tyler or your town, your insurance agent, or a qualified professional about your situation.

Using the site

Send only accurate information about yourself and your own property. Don't use the form for spam or anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, The Gadget Aid, LLC isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or from work done by a company you were referred to. The site is provided "as is."

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
